IMPORTANT:

• All information passing through the Cielo Mobile app is protected and encrypted. No card or password data is stored on your smartphone, tablet, or card reader, ensuring total security for you and your customers.
• Cielo is certified by the PCI Council and follows the highest security standards established by the electronic payment industry to prevent fraud.
• The app works with 4G, 3G, EDGE, GPRS, and Wi-Fi networks. It is compatible with all telephone operators and valid throughout the country.
• Available for smartphones with Android system equal to or above version 4.2 (for more details, please check the Cielo website or contact our Relationship Center for a list of compatible phones).
• Crediting with Cielo will be formalized through adherence to the Affiliation Agreement registered on May 31st, 2010, at the 4th Registry of Titles and Documents of São Paulo, SP, under number 5113039.
• The merchant or professional's adherence to the contract will occur when they make their first sale using the Cielo app. The Affiliation Agreement can be accessed on the website www.cielo.com.br. By adhering to the contract, Cielo customers become aware of and agree to all conditions, assuming the risks inherent in this modality.
